I have NEVER had a problem having my hair weighed down or greasy. Then put more in your hair, wait a few minutes, and rinse most of it out, leaving in just enough to make your hair easy to detangle and manage. You MUST use enough of it to work it through vigorous in the scalp then completely rinse it out until squeaky. I think the most complaints is from not using the product correctly. I no longer have to use a straitening iron to get the ultra smooth results. I blow dry my hair straight all the time. I have naturally wavy, medium textured, waist length layered brown hair. Honestly, I will NEVER EVER go back to regular shampoo and conditioner. I have tried ALL of the cleansing conditioners including the seasonal Vanilla Mint and Pumpkin.
